Shipping policy

We bake our cookies fresh and carefully package each order to help ensure they arrive ready to enjoy.

Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Wednesday. This shipping schedule helps prevent packages from sitting in transit over the weekend.

Orders placed later in the week may ship the following Monday or Tuesday, depending on the volume of orders received that week.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Shipping Method

We currently ship orders within the United States using USPS Ground Advantage.

Orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days after your order has shipped. Transit times may vary depending on your location, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your shipping destination.

Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on orders of $60 or more.

Shipping Delays

Once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. Storybook Sweets Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Address

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order.

If you need to update your shipping address, please email us at storybooksweetsco@gmail.com as soon as possible. Address changes can only be made before your order has shipped.

Storybook Sweets Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Delivery

Please bring your package inside as soon as possible after delivery. Store your cookies according to the Cookie Care instructions provided with your order.

Packages that are lost, stolen, or left unattended after delivery are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
