For the best taste and texture, we recommend enjoying your cookies within one week. Store them in an airtight container at room temperature.
For that fresh-from-the-oven experience, preheat your oven to 350°F and warm your cookie for 3–5 minutes, or until the center is soft and gooey.
In a hurry? Microwave your cookie for 10–15 seconds. Add a few more seconds if needed.
From frozen: Place the cookie directly in a 350°F oven and warm for approximately 8–10 minutes.
Absolutely! If you don't plan to enjoy your cookies within a week, we recommend freezing them as soon as possible. Properly stored, frozen cookies can be enjoyed for up to one month.
Keep your cookies in an airtight container at room temperature to help maintain their soft, chewy texture.
We don't recommend refrigerating your cookies, as the cold air can cause them to become harder and lose some of their soft, chewy texture.
Shipping
Yes! We currently ship throughout the United States.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Wednesday. This helps prevent packages from sitting in transit over the weekend. Orders placed later in the week may ship the following Monday or Tuesday, depending on order volume.
USPS Ground Advantage typically takes 3–5 business days after your order has shipped. Transit times may vary depending on your location, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your shipping destination. Enjoy free shipping on orders of $60 or more.
Yes! Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information so you can follow your package along the way.
If you need to update your shipping address, please email us at storybooksweetsco@gmail.com as soon as possible. Address changes can only be made before your order has shipped.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. Our cookies are freshly baked and perishable, so we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at storybooksweetsco@gmail.com as soon as possible. Cancellations are only available before your order has been prepared or shipped.
Please contact us at storybooksweetsco@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the items you received so we can review the issue.
Please email us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged package and cookies. All sales are final, and refunds are not offered.
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Storybook Sweets Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or left unattended.
All orders are final once placed. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect selections, or personal preference.
Allergens
Yes. Some of our cookies contain tree nuts, including walnuts and macadamia nuts. We also offer cookies containing peanuts and peanut butter.
Yes. Our cookies are made with ingredients that include milk, butter, and eggs.
No. Our cookies are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including wheat, milk, eggs, peanuts, and tree nuts. While we take care when preparing our cookies, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from cross-contact.
