Storybook Sweets Co. sells freshly baked, perishable food products. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds once an order has been placed.
Please review your order, cookie selections, and shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect cookie selections
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Shipping delays or carrier-related issues
- Packages that are lost, stolen, or left unattended after delivery
- Normal variations in the appearance, size, or texture of handmade cookies
- Improper storage or handling after delivery
If you receive an incorrect order, please email us at storybooksweetsco@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery and include a photo of the order you received. A photo is required for us to verify the issue. Refunds or replacements will not be issued without photographic evidence.
